Kershaw County First Steps offers multiple client-facing programs such as Parents as Teachers, Dolly Parton Imagination Library, and Child Care Scholarships.  In addition to our current programs, we provide a community library and an internet cafe at our office location. Donations go to supporting our programs and the administrative costs associated with executing them.
